Important:
For this position, at least 1 year of management experience in the hospitality industry is required. Additionally, own transport is necessary as our location is difficult to reach by public transport. If you do not meet these requirements, unfortunately, we cannot process your application.
About the role:
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead the Food & Beverage team and ensure a high-quality guest experience. You oversee the smooth running of service, guide colleagues, and respond proactively to guest needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The variety of work is great; sometimes you manage a team of 2 employees with a break and other times you manage a team of 40 employees with a served dinner of an event. This variety ensures that no day is the same.
