Assistant Executive Chef (Fulltime) – Banqueting experience required

NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the largest conference hotels in the Netherlands, featuring 513 rooms and 123 meeting rooms. We frequently host conferences for up to 1.000 guests and warmly welcome leisure guests. Together, we strive to ensure all our guests leave with a smile. Important:
For this position, it is important to have experience in a management role and banqueting. The vacancy is mainly focused on the evenings. Additionally, own transport is required as our location is difficult to reach by public transport. If you do not meet these criteria, we cannot proceed with your application.
About the role:
As Assistant Executive Chef, you will support the Executive Chef in creating high-quality dishes for our guests. You will lead the kitchen team during large events and dinners, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all dishes. You’ll also contribute to menu development and act as an inspiring role model for the team.
