Management Internship- Rooms Division|Minor Hotels|Business Unit Northern Europe

Hoofddorp is home to the service office for the Business Unit Northern Europe. From this office, we ensure that our hotels in these countries can function optimally in the areas of Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance. The office is easy to reach by public transport.

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is offering a Management Internship at the Rooms Division Department from Northern Europe. During your internship you are responsible for several aspects regarding the Housekeeping and Front-Office departments:

• Creating and implementing new projects in the hotels.
• Maintaining and observing the quality scores.
• Communicating between the hotels and head office.
•  Improving the procedures and manuals.
• Organizing our yearly meeting in our Business unit for Housekeeping and Front office.             
• Supporting and training Housekeeping Managers onsite in the hotels.

One of the responsibilities during the internship is providing assistance. You will visit our hotels in Northern Europe to support the hotels and to answer operational questions that they have.

What will you do?

•  Working directly with our Director of Rooms to drive improvements across our hotels.
•  Traveling across Northern Europe for support and training visits and to support hotel openings and rebranding projects.
