Our hotel is perfectly located; next to the Central Station, Beatrix theater and the Jaarbeurs. Our guests can walk straight through the shopping center Hoog Catharijne into the city center. Our hotel is the largest hotel in Utrecht and we have a nice mix of business and leisure guests. During the week we welcome many conference-, meeting- and trade fair guests. In the weekend we mainly welcome guests who enjoy leisure activities. In short, every day is full of surprises. New colleagues are instantly welcomed into our team, and we have welcomed many colleagues from other NH hotels for the next step in their career. We often work together with our cluster hotel NH Centre Utrecht (Janskerkhof) and it could happen that you are also scheduled to work there occasionally. What are you going to do?
Once the contract for a request for a meeting, event, conference, or group booking has been signed, the booking will be sent to you. From that moment on you are responsible for the organization of the event and for everything that comes with it. You really think of everything! You communicate with the contact person, arrange all special wishes, communicate with international parties, advise on all options, and think along with both the contact person of the booking and your colleagues from the operational departments. You ensure that all information ends up in the right places within the operational departments, to guarantee guests a unique experience in your hotel.
