Financial Controller (f/m/d) - NH Collection Prague Carlo IV
The 5*hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV is housed in a beautiful Neo-Renaissance building on Senovážné Square, a few steps from the centre of Prague. Guests can enjoy walks through the city and discover countless monuments and museums, while in the hotel they will find one of the largest and most luxurious Wellness & Spa in the city. They can enjoy a great meal in the restaurant or have a cocktail in the lobby bar and find their second home on their travels.
We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team for the position of Hotel Controller. Starting in May or by agreement.
For our hotel Carlo IV in Prague we are hiring a financial controller who will:
- Make sure we meet all local rules and regulations in our day-to-day business
- Set-up the local administrative organisation and internal control, in line with the corporate policies and procedures
- Support the hotel management team with incorporating Minor policies and procedures
- Be the local point of contact for BU management for finance and administration issues
- Handle VAT and local finish taxes
- Process and control payroll administration, as delivered by the payrolling partner and People Department
- Prepare reports and information for local governments
- Prepare local annual reports
- Prepare reports and information for local external auditors
- Manage yearly audits with external auditors
In this role hotel controller is an advisor and controller on the following tasks:
- P&L comments
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Inventory management
- Daily cash and credit cards reconciliation and cash drops to the bank
- Purchase order management and vendor contract
- Vendor and material requests
