Meeting and Events Designer (Specialist) | nhow Brussels
As a Meeting and Events Designer (Specialist) you are the first point of contact for anyone who would like to make a Meeting and Events request for nhow Brussels! In this role, you are responsible for closing deals for the hotel, and this may vary from a request for 10 rooms or a multi-day conference for more than 350 participants. As each request is unique, it is your task to find out the needs and wishes so that you can make the perfect offer, using your negotiating, up and cross-selling talent, and closing the deal techniques! Together with the team and the revenue managers, it is important to strive for the highest possible occupancy and the best-selling strategy. Therefore, you proactively follow up with the clients so that you can close the deal.
Did you have a commercial job during your student days, for example as a sales assistant? Or are you a starter (1 to 3 years of experience) with an affinity for the commercial world? Whatever the case, we will train you in the first months to become a fully-fledged Meeting and Events Designer.
Apply n(h)ow! Experience in the hotel or event business would be considered a plus.
This position may also be your springboard to new opportunities within Sales and within Minor Hotels!
