Quality Manager ǀ FT ǀ Business Unit Northern Europe, Hoofddorp

We are looking for a Quality Manager for our Quality Department Business Unit Northern Europe. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Strategic Director of Quality responsible for the Business Unit Northern Europe.

As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities are:

• Support the implementation of BU Northern Europe Quality Plan and of Quality brand standards, procedures, projects, online tools and trainings to achieve the Corporate Quality Targets
• Be in daily and direct contact with our hotel teams at every level, listening to them actively, being empathetic and solving their doubts
• Support the effective communication & implementation of specific Quality projects, being perfectly aligned within all the layers of the company (Corporate – BU – Hotel – Customer)
• Perform quality audits in the hotels by experiencing the entire guest journey
• Make analysis on hotels performance (MINOR Hotel Group and Competition), being able to identify key Focus Hotels who need QA improvements, supporting and coordinating the implementation of Quality Action plans per hotel
• Participate in periodical meetings to monitor the Quality performance and make presentations and reports for BUNE Quality Department
• Celebrate hotel teams’ Quality success, making them feel proud about their job, and recognizing hotel team members’ best attitudes - Be the best example by putting the guest first, programming, and implementing ideas to surprise them every day by touching their emotions to stimulate positive reviews.
