What will you do?

The People Support department is part of the People & Culture department and is engaged in co-managing the overall personnel administration for approximately 2200 employees of our 30 hotels in the Netherlands. As People Support Officer, you will be the department's point of contact for Hotel Directors, department heads and employees.

  • Drawing up employment contracts and completing subsequent administrative procedures
  • Handling and dealing with questions on a variety of subjects (salary, employment conditions, employment, absenteeism, social benefits, etc.)
  • Signalling action to be taken in response to changing legislation and regulations
  • Preparing reports for the head office in Madrid
  • Analysing and advising on reports
  • Entering data into systems
  • Preparing monthly reports for the financial administration
  • Processing and checking payroll and time registration system
  • Entering and checking data for the monthly payroll administration
  • Maintaining contacts
  • Making proposals for improvement of current procedures and working methods
