Meeting & Events Organizer | NH COLLECTION ANTWERP
What will you do?
In this position you are responsible for Meeting & Events planning and organizing. You have strong communication skills and you enjoy making our guests feel at easy, and be proactive of their needs. As soon as the contracts have been confirmed, you will be taking over all communication with the guest. You ensure the perfect execution of their events, whether they are small, medium or large. You have an open and enthusiastic appearance and you are a point of contact for guests who visit an event, but also for contacts who organize an event. You ensure that the guests have an excellent experience where everything is tightly organized. Your goal is to ensure that the event runs smoothly and that you, together with your colleagues, provide excellent service. In addition, you ensure clear communication with colleagues from other departments and you contribute to the success of the hotel.
Who are you?
- You are an energetic person who enjoys working in the Meeting & Events department.
- You are flexible, accurate, and a team player.
- You have a commercial attitude and always one step ahead.
- You have a good level of Dutch, English and French.
- You have hospitality background in F&B, Reservations and/ or Meeting & Events.
- You enjoy ensuring that all events are well organized and you enjoy interacting with international guests.
- You are stress resilient in busy situations and you know how to tackle things.
