What will you do?
Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is committed to monitoring and refining the quality of our products and services. For that reason, you will support the Strategic Director of Quality in the Business Unit Northern Europe.
You ensure the constant improvement of quality, together with all stakeholders involved, from the Management Team of the Business Unit to department heads, Quality Influencers, Quality Souls, and hotel directors in different countries. You contribute new ideas, support by starting up and implementing Quality-related projects, carry out hotel visits, and you support wherever you can. You will travel to other countries to make hotel visits and work on your projects. You will support hotel openings, such as in Frankfurt, and with the re-branding of hotels. In short, a varied and unique internship!
