nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.
For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an enthusiastic Steward to work in our kitchen! Nhow Amsterdam RAI is a hotel with 650 rooms and a very dynamic kitchen operation. You will be either working in the morning between 7.00 – 15.00 supporting our busy breakfast, or in the afternoon 15.00 - 23.00 supporting the banqueting, room service, and bar kitchen. The kitchen team is very international. The team counts around 15 colleagues and is structures as follows: Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef Breakfast, Junior Sous Chef Banqueting, the chefs, and the stewarding team.

What are you going to do?
As a Dishwasher in our hotel you ensure that the kitchen always remains clean and you support your colleagues in the kitchen, in the restaurant, and at Meetings & Events. You ensure that all plates, dishes, and kitchen utensils are clean. Do you have an eye for detail? Are you able to remain calm in busy situations? Then you are the colleague we are looking for!
