The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarter and home base.
For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Housekeeping Quality Management Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating the nhow experience in the hotel for every guest.

What are you going to do?
As a Housekeeping Quality Management Trainee you will join an all-round position within the Housekeeping Department. The focus will mainly be on the quality of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas in the hotel. You lead a team of Housekeeping Attendants and are the contact person for both guests and colleagues of other departments. In addition, you are partly responsible for the stock management of the Housekeeping Department. Moreover, you guarantee the quality requirements and standards of the NH Hotel Group. You are an example to others regarding service and you proactively initiate improvements.
