Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam hotel  is one of Amsterdam's oldest and finest five-star hotels. This beautiful building dates back to the 17th century and is located on the banks of the Amstel River, in the historic heart of Amsterdam. It won't surprise you that over three centuries, it has hosted royal and legendary guests, from Queen Victoria to the Beatles. Rembrandt's 'Night Watch' was painted to display within its walls. Our hotel is monumental and offers a classic contemporary look. The tram and metro stop Rokin is around the corner, as is Rembrandtplein. We work in a small team and know each other well. We have a lot of personal contact with our guests and because of our small size we help each other in all departments to achieve that 'extraordinary' guest experience.

You are the person we are looking for!

What are you going to do?
This is the most all-round internship out there, you are everywhere, and you know everyone, both guests and colleagues. You are the point of contact for our guests, in particular our VIP guests, and for contact persons from events as well. You are the vital link between the different departments, and you are always looking for special ways to surprise our guests.

You come up with new and creative ideas and you inspire your colleagues to contribute to them as well. In addition, you ensure that work processes are improved, that all areas are neat and tidy and that we continue to provide guests with an "Extraordinary" experience in a unique way. Furthermore, you give tours of the hotels for potential new guests, resolve complaints and you share your knowledge about the hotel and city.
