Opposite Amsterdam Central Station, the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel is right in the center of Amsterdam. You are the person we are looking for!
What are you going to do?
When the contract for a meeting, event or group reservation has been completed by our Sales colleagues, you are the to take over. You are the main contact person for our customers who are arranging Meetings & Events with us. You will ensure that the event is perfectly prepared. Also, you will make sure that all details are taken care of and that the wishes of the customer are included in the script. An important aspect of the internship is maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You take care of any last-minute changes and maintain communication with both the customer and the various (executive) departments in the hotel. After all, they carry out the event you have prepared. Thanks to your organizational talent, our customers continue to make bookings at NH Hotel Group with pleasure and confidence!
