Food & Beverage Manager |Fulltime| NH Schiller & Caransa
Our hotels are both located on the Rembrandtplein across from each other, in the entertainment area of Amsterdam. Although both NH Amsterdam Schiller and NH Amsterdam Caransa are two separate hotels, we work in one team. NH Amsterdam Schiller in particular has a rich history as Mr Schiller was the founder of the hotel as well as a painter. Therefore, you will still find a lot of his paintings and other authentic architectural details in our hotel.
Our hotels belong together and you will be scheduled in both properties which brings a lot of variety to your work. Our teams are very tight, which gives you the chance to learn about different sides of the hospitality industry.

You are responsible for the Food & Beverage department, and you are part of the Management Team of the hotel. As Food and Beverage Manager you evaluate and encourage your team to get the most out of themselves and to keep developing themselves. You identify and communicate bottlenecks and help to solve them. You also monitor the implementation of internal procedures and legislation, for example in the field of budget & planning and HACCP. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the first point of contact for compliments and complaints.
