Restaurant Vermeer is an internationally acclaimed modern restaurant in the heart of the City of Amsterdam. Under the management of Chef Tjaco van Eijken, the team focuses on innovation and quality. The main ingredients are always locally sourced, and some vegetables and herbs are harvested in and around Amsterdam.
