Restaurant Vermeer is an internationally acclaimed modern restaurant in the heart of the City of Amsterdam. Under the management of Chef Tjaco van Eijken, the team focuses on innovation and quality. The main ingredients are always locally sourced, and some vegetables and herbs are harvested in and around Amsterdam. The Maître and Sommelier offer carefully selected wines and they are open to new and refreshing ideas!

Chef Tjaco van Eijken enjoys pushing boundaries and stimulating the creative spirit of the Vermeer team to ensure continuous innovation. At Restaurant Vermeer, you will become part of this continuous development through your active participation in idea generation, eagerness to visit suppliers, and your active role in the new creations. As an F&B Employee, you are motivated, proactive and you know how to offer our guests a unique experience with your guest-centric approach, which is always based around your own personality.
