Our hotel is centrally located in Amsterdam and is the perfect place for a visit to Amsterdam. The historical building of our hotel used to be the head office of the clothing company Gerzon. Some of the original details are still visible within the hotel. Due to the location, our hotel is a very dynamic place, there is always something to do, and no day is the same. 

We have a diverse and multi-cultural team and most of our team members have been working for a long time in our hotel already, mainly due to the positive and friendly vibe in our team. We welcome everyone with open arms and offer plenty of possibilities to grow in our hotel and company.

A day in the life of a Floor Supervisor
06:45 After a cup of coffee or tea, you are ready to start your day at the Housekeeping Department.
07:00 You prepare the room lists for the Room Attendants, so they know what needs to be done.
08:00 The first Room Attendants arrive and once the team is complete you do the briefing including all details of the day. Once everyone is good to go, you walk around the hotel to check if there are any other details that need to be taken care of, and to keep an eye on your team.
10:00 Time for a short break with the team.
11:00 Whilst checking the rooms, you also brief some Room Attendants with some last-minute changes regarding the rooms to be cleaned. One room wants an extra bed, another room stays a day longer, and a third room wants extra towels.
12:00 Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
12:30 Still some rooms are pending to be checked and to see if they meet the quality standards we set.
14:30 You make sure everything is done and prepare the handover for the evening shift.
15:00 Time to go home!
