What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day
We are looking for a Concierge Trainee who is naturally hospitable and loves to help guests with their special requests. During this internship you will assist guests with bringing their luggage to the rooms and keep an overview of the stored luggage. In addition, you will be lobby hosting and help guests with questions they might have. Sometimes, you will give some information about the hotspots of Amsterdam. This will all be managed in close corporation with the Front Office.

- Availability for a period of least 20 weeks, 5 days a week both weekdays as weekends;
- A natural interest in other people and cultures;
- You enjoy being a point of contact for our guests and make contact easily;
- Ability to surprise guests with your special touch;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
