For this lifestyle hotel situated in the hotspot of Rotterdam, we are looking an enthusiastic and proactive Chef de Partie who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. Your culinary creations produce the nhow experiences that our guests are hoping for.

What’s in it for us?

  • You have a diploma in Food Production (MBO 3 or 4), or you can demonstrate that you have mastered this level or have relevant work experience; 
  • You are guest-oriented, have a positive attitude and can work in a team as well as independently. You have a good command of the English or Dutch language. 

What are you going to do?
Quality and consistency are 2 important elements in the kitchen team. As Chef de Partie you report directly to the (Sous) Chef. You will be responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation according to the predefined recipes and the product quality. Outside of the daily activities you will have the opportunity to make proposals to the Chef to improve the work processes and to contribute to the development of dishes and recipes. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an 'extraordinary' culinary experience. Finally, you ensure that the HACCP rules are complied with and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy.
