Maintenance Manager | NH Collection Antwerp
NH Collection Brugge is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager.
As Maintenance Manager you are responsible for all technical aspects within the hotel. This varies from solving malfunctions to carrying out repairs and maintenance on installations, energy supplies, sanitary facilities, and lighting. You motivate and enthuse team members to get the best out of themselves, you prepare rosters, and you give instructions regarding electrical and mechanical aspects.
You follow up on maintenance contacts with external companies regarding malfunctions in lifts, air conditioning, cooling- and sprinkler installations. You are responsible for the periodic inspections, checks and maintenance/cleaning work on equipment. You monitor compliance with the regulations in the field of safety, working conditions and HACCP. You are service-oriented, innovative, and pay attention to quality. A flexible attitude is required as you can be called up for breakdown services.
Who are you?
- As Maintenance Manager, you must be both service-oriented and technically skilled, with a focus on quality.
- You have experience in managing a technical team and you have excellent communication skills.
- Experience as Maintenance Manager in a hotel property or in a service-oriented organization is an advantage.
- You enjoy challenges and solving unexpected situations.
- You like flexible working hours/days and you can be called on in case of malfunctions and/or calamities.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
