What are you going to do?
During your internship you will be assisting the F&B Director from the Northern Europe Business Unit. The F&B Director is responsible for several aspects regarding the F&B departments in the hotels. Such as: creating and implementing new projects in the hotels, maintaining and observing the quality scores, communication between the hotels and the NH Headquarters and improving the procedures, manuals and scores. You will assist the director during meetings and hotel visits, you will have to plan meetings, gathering the necessary information or attend a meeting or visit to represent the F&B Director.
