Our hotel is centrally located in Amsterdam and is the perfect place for a visit to Amsterdam. The historical building of our hotel used to be the head office of the clothing company Gerzon. Some of the original details are still visible within the hotel. Due to the location, our hotel is a very dynamic place, there is always something to do, and no day is the same. 

We have a diverse and multi-cultural team and most of our team members have been working for a long time in our hotel already, mainly due to the positive and friendly vibe in our team. We welcome everyone with open arms and offer plenty of possibilities to grow in our hotel and company.

What are you going to do?

As Guest Relations Manager you are the right person to go the extra mile for our guests. In this position, providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential. You will work closely with all departments in the hotel. Moreover, you develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests. You are also responsible for checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within Minor Hotels. You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel.
