University Europe & Americas, the former university of NH Hotel Group, was created with this in mind and it counts with 5 campuses. We offer up-to-date, innovative training inspired by day-to-day business, transforming the chain's values into specific training programs. Year after year, training programs are designed and facilitated using a wide variety of methodologies, with special focus on managing and integrating diversity, developing technical skills and abilities to achieving excellent quality. Junior Management Programme
Or for the insiders: JUMP! This programme is designed by University Europe & Americas especially for those who are willing to give everything to develop their talents. In this programme you will go through a full year of training in which you will be exposed to leadership, new problem solving methodologies, in depth operational knowledge and to the opportunity to further develop your talents. Crossing Borders might be something for you! Joining this programme is all about travelling and gaining international working experience. This is your chance to join a 3 months exchange programme in the Minor World: Bratislava, Brussels, Berlin, Budapest...should we continue with Copenhagen, Cologne, Cordova?...wait untill we get to the Z!
